We experienced some water damage that resulted in needing new floors. Ryan was great to work with. Very thorough on his inspection. Covered every detail before doing any work so there were no surprises. The flooring was ordered and because of deliveries being backlogged we had an extended wait. We were kept up to date by the office and when it arrived. The crew showed up on time. They removed all the old flooring and hauled it away. They completed the whole job over 3 days. His crew was very capable and polite. They did a great job. I love my new floors. I like the fact that he has professional people to do all kinds of repairs or replacements needed. When they found mold it was treated and A plumber reinstalled the stools. Great service. Great people. Would not hesitate to do business with them.

We hired Southwest Restoration to complete a project at our home that was a failed attempt by another firm. There were two main components: One was to remove and replace two doors that were installed incorrectly. The other was to install a large 10’x50′ custom tongue and groove solid wood ceiling at our home. It was very important to us that the installations would be done impeccably and by a certain date. Todd and Ryan quoted a fair price and their expert crew did the entire job beautifully and on time. It is rare to find true craftmanship but we did with Southwest Restoration. Thank you! They took care of the mold in the shower and retiled it beautifully. The project moved fast, before we knew it it was finished. As a part-time resident of Florida I hired Southwest Restoration to repair water damage and make some updates to my condo. I was extremely happy with the results and the professional way they dealt with me. They found mold that a previous company did not and the upgrades I requested were done exactly as I wished. Even though I had to leave and go back to Indiana for a while, they always kept me informed of what was going on. It was refreshing to know I could trust people in my condo while I was not there. After having 4 plumbers and 2 leak detection here, only PaulDavid could find the leak. My master bath shower had to be knocked down to bare bones. My shower is beautiful and all the mold is gone. Since I am handicapped they made my shower more durable to me. We would definitely recommend the Sarasota, FL office to all persons.

The work performed out our home was top notch. From the mold remediation to the replacement of all the flooring in the home everything went smooth as it should. The entire staff was professional and friendly to work with. The office staff was very responsive to any questions we had. Let me just say the superintendent of the job went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure the job was complete. He truly made our experience with Southwest amazing. The owners were in and out checking on the job which gave us peace of mind. We will definitely use them for any work in the future.

I contracted with SW Restoration for a huge renovation that took 3 months to complete. The workmen were very courteous and respectful with us and our property. If there was an issue, I was always contacted by Ryan, the owner or Mark, the super on the job to communicate the issue and give me a timeline on when to expect things to be completed or resolved. I was impressed with all the staff from those in the field, to those in the office. I made changes along the way that were met with enthusiasm and professionalism. Warren surpassed my expectations in the kitchen remodel and went out of his way to make sure I got what I wanted. It was actually a pleasant experience and I recommend them highly. They care! About the workmanship and their customer. I felt like I was their only customer given the attenion they paid to my renovation. Extremely pleased and will use them again on the next renovation.
Ryan, Warren, Greg and their crew did an excellent job on our kitchen remodel. Our house is over 50 years old and the kitchen was not a convenient space. We also had a leak in the wall. Prior to the remodel, we had little counter or cabinet space. After the remodel, we have both. We also had to have mold remediation due to the leak in the cement block wall. SW took our kitchen down to the studs, got rid of the mold and re-architected a complete living space for us. SW was easy to communicate with, especially Jacinda in the office, they were responsive to our needs and their crew was very kind and neat. We would definitely recommend them for any job.
